How long does it take to process the visa?
This depends on which services you choose. We offer below types of services:
Standard Service - 4 working days
Express Service - 24 hours
Same Day Service - only 5 hours!
Please note that for the Express & Same Day Services, your documents should arrive office prior to 8:30am of the day. Should your documents arrive later than this time, your application will be processed the next working day.
* Please also allow an extra day for the postage to arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
What is the reason that your same day service takes only 5 hours while other companies take at least one day?
Our office is located centrally in Leicester Square, London. Every day our visa department staff will arrive in the office at 7am, immediatley sort out your newly arrived postage of the day and head off to the Embassy by 9am. Our visa staff don't take a day off unless the Embassy does!
I am running a business, does your charges include VAT?
Yes, our charges are All-Inclusive and already include the VAT. A VAT receipt will be sent to you upon request.
I see the Embassy requires a flight confirmation. However I do not have it booked yet, what should I do?

Can I drop off my visa application personally at your office?
Of course, you can drop off or pick up your visas by yourself or your appointed courier at our office anytime between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
Is it safe to post my passports?
That's why we strongly recommend you to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of the normal post. The special delivery postage fee costs only £3.75 and it is guaranteed next day delivery by the Post Office. You can always trace the status of your postage on their website.
We will return your passport & visa by the same means. The All-Inclusive price we charge already include the postage fee.
