How long does it take to process the Chinese visa?
We are the fastest around. Our Embassy approved status means there is a designated counter specially deal with our clients' application to ensure the fastest service available. Most importantly, we can answer their queries on your behalf to avoid any unnecessary delay on your application.
Some other agencies are not approved and are not allowed to do such.
We offer two types of services:
Standard Service - 4 working days
Express Service - 2 working day
Please note that processing time does not include day of receipt & postage time.
Are you a reliable company?
Oriental Visas is run by The Oriental Travel Company, registered and fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL - license number 6965). As well as a specialist visa processing department we also handle thousands of passengers to China and the Far East each year, covering their flights, hotels, and tour arrangements. The Civil Aviation Authority place a strict requirement on its members and we are fully
complied with the financial criteria and the Data Protection Act.

In recent months, we are aware that there are some "visa specialist companies" on the market without any industry accrediation. Given the recent identity fraud, you are advised to check their credibility before sending off your valuable documents.
I am running a business, does your charges include VAT?
Yes, our charges are All-Inclusive and already include the VAT. A VAT receipt will be sent to you upon request.
Can you handle my international flights to China?
Our sister website Oriental Travel Company offers discounted international & domestic flights to China. You may want to contact us to see if we can help you.
Can I drop off my Chinese visa application personally at your office?
Of course, you can drop off or pick up your visas by yourself or your appointed courier at our office anytime between Monday to Friday 8am-6:30pm.
Is it safe to post my passports?
That's why we strongly recommend you to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of the normal post. The special delivery postage fee costs only £4.60 and it is insured and guaranteed next day delivery by the Post Office. You can always trace the status of your postage on their website.
